New Issue: First Abu Dhabi Bank prices $20 million 0.83% three-year notes at par

Los Angeles, March 15 – First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC priced $20 million of 0.83% senior notes due March 2024 (expected: AA-) at par, according to term sheet.

Merrill Lynch International is the dealer for the Regulation S offering.

The series 106 notes will be issued under the bank’s $15 billion euro medium-term note program.

The notes are non-callable.

First Abu Dhabi Bank is a lender operating in the United Arab Emirates.
