New Issue: China’s Power Best sells $110 million more 13% notes due 2021

Chicago, June 26 – Power Best Global Investments Ltd. priced an additional $110 million 13% senior notes due 2021, according to a news release.

The notes will form a single class with the previously issued $100 million 13% senior notes due 2020. The original notes were issued April 4.

The notes are guaranteed by Hong Kong JunFa Property Co. Ltd.

Haitong International served as global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager.

CMBC Capital, CRIC Securities, DBS Bank Ltd. and Zhongtai International were also bookrunners and lead managers.

JunFa Group is a property developer that operates in China.
