Chicago, Nov. 10 – Scotiabank Chile sold $125 million of senior Formosa medium-term notes due Nov. 11, 2026 (A), according to a listing notice.
Credit Agricole CIB, Taipei Branch, Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Ltd., Taishin International Bank Co. Ltd, KGI Bank Co. Ltd., Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. and SinoPac Securities Corp. led the sale.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to S&P Global Ratings.
The issuer is based in Santiago.
