Fitch rates Sfund sustainable bonds A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.'s (Sfund) planned guaranteed senior unsecured U.S. dollar bonds an A- rating. The proposed bonds will be issued by Vertex Capital Investment Ltd. and guaranteed by Sfund.

The rating is in line with Sfund’s A- issuer rating since it will guarantee the bonds, the agency said.

The proceeds are intended for refinancing.

The outlook is stable.
