Buffalo, N.Y., July 28 – Vertex Capital Investment Ltd. priced $300 million of 2.85% guaranteed bonds due 2026, according to a listing notice on Wednesday.
Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. will guarantee the bonds.
Guotai Junan International is the lead global coordinator for the offering.
Serving as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Guotai Junan International, ABC International and BOC International.
China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, China Industrial Securities International, China International Capital Corp., CLSA, CMBC Capital, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong), GF Securities, Haitong International and Huatai International are also listed as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
The Regulation S listing is expected to become effective July 29.
The issuer is a special purpose entity that issues debt securities to repay existing credit facilities, to refinance debt and for acquisition purposes.
