New Issue: China’s Yango prices $150 million 11 7/8% guaranteed notes due 2020

New York, March 21 – Yango (Cayman) Investment Ltd. has priced $150 million 11 7/8% guaranteed senior notes due 2020, according to a regulatory release.

The Regulation S notes were sold via lead managers and bookrunners UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, China CITIC Bank International Ltd., Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Ltd., China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. and CMBC Securities Co. Ltd.

The real-estate development investment company is based in Fujian, China.
