New Issue: Owl Rock prices $250 million tap of 4.75% notes due 2025 at Treasuries plus 170 bps

Los Angeles, Nov. 17 – Owl Rock Technology Finance Corp. priced a $250 million tap of its 4.75% notes due Dec. 15, 2025 on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The notes were priced with a spread of Treasuries plus 170 basis points.

Talk was in the Treasuries plus 170 bps area, as previously reported.

ING Financial Markets LLC, MUFG, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and Truist Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

The middle-market debt and equity asset management company is based in New York.
