ADT redeems remaining 5¼% notes due 2020 at 101.203

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 23 – ADT Inc. said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary ADT Security Corp. redeemed all of its outstanding 5¼% first-priority senior notes due 2020 on Wednesday at $1,012.03 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company purchased $147,286,000 of the notes in a tender offer that expired at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sept. 19.

The consideration for the notes in the tender offer was $1,013.15 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest.

ADT is a Boca Raton, Fla.-based provider of home security systems and services.
