Fitch rates FS KKR notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB- rating to FS KKR Capital Corp.'s $400 million 4.625% notes maturing on July 15, 2024.

Fitch said it does not expect the issuance to have an impact on FSK's leverage as proceeds will be used to repay outstanding debt.

“The rating is equalized with the ratings assigned to FSK's existing senior unsecured debt, as the new notes will rank equally in the capital structure,” the agency said in a news release.
