Chicago, March 12 – PT Delta Merlin Dunia Textile issued $300 million of 8 5/8% notes due 2024 on Tuesday, according to a company announcement.
BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank are the lead managers and bookrunners.
Delta Merlin is based on Surakarta, Indonesia. The company is part of the larger Duniatex group and provides textile spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing services through its subsidiaries.
