New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $500,000 autocallable yield notes tied to Roku

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 20 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $500,000 of 18% autocallable yield notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the common stock of Roku, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its trigger level, 50% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the stock’s decline.
