Kazakhstan’s Freedom Finance buys back KZT 675.79 million of bonds

Los Angeles, Dec. 31 – Freedom Finance repurchased KZT 516,146,000 of its 8% bonds due June 28, 2020 on Dec. 27, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.

The bonds were repurchased at a price of KZT 1,205.055 per KZT 1,000 principal amount.

The company said it also repurchased on Friday KZT 159,647,000 of its 8% bonds due May 29, 2021 at KZT 1,147 per KZT 1,000 principal amount.

The brokerage company is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
