Imerys Talc America disclosure statement hearing moved to Nov. 16

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 19 – Imerys Talc America, Inc.’s hearing on approval of its disclosure statement has been adjourned to Nov. 16 from Oct. 8, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Objections are due by 4 p.m. ET on Oct. 26.

Imerys SA is a Paris-based producer of industrial materials. Its subsidiaries filed bankruptcy on Feb. 13, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10289.
