Arsenal Energy Holdings confirmation hearing scheduled for Feb. 13

Pittsburgh, Feb. 6 – Arsenal Energy Holdings LLC’s plan of reorganization confirmation hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 13, according to an order filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The court will also consider approval of the disclosure statement for the company’s pre-packaged plan at the hearing.

Arsenal is an independent exploration and production company based in Pittsburgh. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 4 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10226.
