Magnolia Funding redeems four series of Avoca, European CLO notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 5 – Magnolia Funding Ltd. said it redeemed early four series of notes in whole on Feb. 1.

The following were redeemed:

• The series 2007-4 EUR Avoca CLO VIII Ltd. repackaged equity notes due 2023;

• The series 2007-5 EUR Avoca CLO VIII Ltd. repackaged amortizing principal protected

combination notes due 2023;

• The series 2008-1 EUR Avoca CLO VIII Ltd. repackaged amortizing principal protected

combination notes due 2023; and

• The series 2008-2 EUR European CLO combination notes due 2023.
