India’s Sangam Renewables board to discuss equity-linked securities

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 31 – Sangam Renewables Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Feb. 11 to consider raising funds by issuing equity-linked securities or equity.

Sangam Renewables is a Mumbai-based provider of investment management and financial services.
