Maremont combined plan and disclosure hearing pushed back to May 14

Pittsburgh, April 25 – Maremont Corp.’s combined Chapter 11 plan confirmation and disclosure statement approval hearing has been continued to May 14, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was originally scheduled for March 18. The notice said it was continued at a status conference held on Tuesday.

Meritor, Inc. is a Troy, Mich.-based global supplier of drivetrain, mobility, braking and aftermarket solutions for commercial vehicle and industrial markets. Its Maremont unit filed bankruptcy on Jan. 22 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10118.
