Talanx prices €500 million of 21-year green tier 2 notes at 99.131

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 9 – Talanx AG priced €500 million of 21-year green tier 2 notes at 99.131, according to a market announcement.

The notes are non-callable for 11 years.

ABN Amro, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Natixis are the stabilization managers of the Regulation S deal.

The financial services company is headquartered in Hanover, Germany.
