Talanx to price euro-denominated green tier 2 notes due in 21 years

Concord, N.H., Nov. 24 – Talanx AG plans to price euro-denominated green tier 2 notes due in 21 years, according to a notice published by the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The notes are non-callable for 11 years.

ABN Amro, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Natixis are managers of the Regulation S deal.

The financial services company is headquartered in Hanover, Germany.
