China Aoyuan Group plans to issue dollar senior notes

New York, Feb. 22 – China Aoyuan Group Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.

BofA Securities, the Bank of East Asia, Ltd., Barclays, China International Capital Corp., CMB International, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank Ltd., Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, J.P. Morgan, OCBC Bank and UBS are the joint lead managers and the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the notes will be used to refinance existing offshore debt.

China Aoyuan is real estate developer based in Guangzhou, China.
