New Issue: Geophysical Substrata prices $114.5 million more 8% notes due 2023

New York, March 26 – Geophysical Substrata Ltd. has priced a $114.5 million add-on to its 8% guaranteed medium-term notes due 2023 (B/B) at par plus accrued interest, according to a news release.

The new notes will form one series with an existing $151.5 million of 8% notes, which priced Dec. 20, 2018 and are guaranteed by subsidiaries SDP Services Ltd. and EICR (Cyprus) Ltd.

The new total deal size of $266 million. Both tranches priced under the company’s $400 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

Phillip Securities Pte. Ltd. was arranger and dealer of the Regulation S notes.

The British Virgin Islands-based holding company is in the oilfield services business.
