interTouch Holdings files bankruptcy, lists up to $1 billion in debt

Pittsburgh, Dec. 12 – interTouch Holdings LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

No other information related to the bankruptcy case had been filed as of Wednesday evening.

According to court documents, interTouch has up to $50,000 in assets and $500 million to $1 billion in debt.

The company’s largest unsecured creditors are interTouch Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, with a $22.88 million intercompany loans claim; Nomadix, Inc. of Agoura Hills, Calif., with a $14.9 million intercompany loans claim; and interTouch (USA) Inc. of Agoura Hills, Calif., with a $2.28 million intercompany loans claim.

The company is represented by Klein LLC.

interTouch is a Westerville, Ohio-based hotel technology company. The Chapter 11 case number is 18-12772.
