Fitch puts ENN Ecological on positive watch

Fitch Ratings said it placed ENN Ecological Holdings Co., Ltd.’s long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured rating of BB on rating watch positive.

The positive watch for the ratings is based on the planned transfer of ENN Group International Investment Ltd.’s 32.81% stake in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. to ENN Ecological. If the transfer is completed, Fitch sees ENN Ecological’s ratings being assessed on the consolidated group’s profile, which the agency said it sees as being stronger than a BB rating.
