New Issue: Minsheng Financial Leasing prices $450 million 4½% notes due 2022

New York, March 26 – Landmark Funding 2019 Ltd., a special purpose vehicle, has issued $450 million 4½% secured notes due 2022 (Baa3), which are backed by a loan to a subsidiary of Minsheng Financial Leasing Co. Ltd., guarantor of the notes.
UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, AMTD Global Markets Ltd., China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, CMBC Securities Co. Ltd., Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Ping An of China Securities (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. and the Bank of East Asia, Ltd. were lead managers and bookrunners of the Regulation S notes.
Beijing-based Minsheng is involved in leasing and business services.
