New Issue: Landmark Funding sells $300 million 3.15% secured notes due 2024

Los Angeles, March 11 – Landmark Funding 2020 Ltd. issued $300 million of 3.15% secured notes due 2024 (Baa3), according to a notice.

The notes are supported by Landmark’s loan facility to Minsheng Hong Kong International Leasing Ltd. that is guaranteed by Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.

CMBC Capital, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd, Hong Kong Branch, Guotai Junan International, China International Capital Corp., Bocom International, China PA Securities (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, Emirates NBD Capital, Haitong International, Huarong International Securities, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and Tai Fung Bank Ltd. are the bookrunners.

Landmark Funding is a special purpose vehicle incorporated in the Cayman Islands. Minsheng is a financial leasing services company based in Beijing.
