Taurus 2015-2 to redeem commercial mortgage-backed notes due 2026

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 27 – Taurus 2015-2 DEU DAC plans to redeem in full seven classes of its commercial mortgage-backed notes due 2026, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on Feb. 1:

• €153 million of class A commercial mortgage-backed floating-rate notes;

• €200,000 of class X commercial mortgage-backed fixed-rate notes;

• €61.2 million of class B commercial mortgage-backed floating-rate notes;

• €61.2 million of class C commercial mortgage-backed floating-rate notes;

• €55.7 million of class D commercial mortgage-backed floating-rate notes;

• €74.1 million of class E commercial mortgage-backed floating-rate notes; and

• €39,786,000 of class F commercial mortgage-backed floating-rate notes.
