New Issue: India’s Parnami Credits issues Rs. 10 million more of 12% debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 11 – Parnami Credits Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has allotted Rs. 10 million more 12% unsecured nonconvertible debentures due 2023 in a third tranche, bringing the total issue size to Rs. 135 million.
Interest is payable monthly.
The issuer is a Mumbai, India-based financial services provider.
