Chicago, Sept. 8 – Epiroc AB sold a SEK 2 billion offering of five-year green, the company said in an announcement.
However, the coupon was not provided in the notice.
Proceeds will be used in accordance with the company’s green bond finance framework which is listed on Euronext Dublin.
Nordea Abp and SEB are the joint lead managers.
Based in Stockholm, Epiroc is a manufacturer of mining and infrastructure equipment.
