Fitch puts DPR-CR on watch

Fitch Ratings said it placed BBB rating on DPR-CR Ltd.'s $150 million series 2017 notes on Rating Watch negative.

The negative watch follows the placement of Costa Rica's sovereign rating on negative watch, Fitch said.

The rating action also follows the placement of Davivienda Costa Rica's ratings on negative watch, the agency added.

The ratings on DRP-CR are tied to the credit quality of Davivienda Costa Rica, Fitch said.
