Chicago, March 11 – BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. refinanced for $338.5 million one class of notes from the collateralized loan obligation issued by Magnetite XVIII, Ltd., according to a press release.
The notes will still mature on Nov. 15, 2028.
The refinancing notes are the $338.5 million of class A-R2 senior secured floating-rate notes.
BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. will manage the collateral which consists of broadly syndicated senior secured corporate loans.
BofA Securities, Inc. was the placement agent.
The investment management firm is based in New York City.
The CLO originally closed on Nov. 9, 2016.
