S&P shifts Heimstaden Bostad view to positive

S&P said it revised its outlook for Heimstaden Bostad AB to positive from stable and affirmed its BBB- rating. The agency also affirmed the BBB- ratings on the company’s senior unsecured debt.

“The positive outlook reflects our view that we may raise the ratings on Heimstaden within the next 12-24 months if it substantially improves cash flow generation from its property portfolio, including recent acquisitions, while maintaining sustainably its credit ratios within its new published financial policy,” said S&P in a press release.
