Heimstaden Bostad offers subordinated securities via five bookrunners

Chicago, June 17 – Heimstaden Bostad AB’s new euro-denominated subordinated fixed-to-reset rate undated capital securities will come through BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, ING, JPMorgan and Nordea as bookrunners, according to a stabilization notice.

The new securities will have 6.6 years of call protection.

As previously reported, the hybrid notes will be used to fund a capped tender offer and possibly for other corporate purposes.

Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
