New Issue: Heimstaden Bostad sells SEK 1.25 billion floaters due in four years, three years

Concord, N.H., April 7 – Heimstaden Bostad AB priced SEK 1.25 billion of senior floating-rate bonds due in four and three years, according to a release.

The SEK 750 million four-year floaters priced to yield three-month Stibor plus 80 basis points.

The SEK 500 million three-year floaters priced to yield three-month Stibor plus 67 bps.

The proceeds of the four-year bonds will be used to refinance SEK 500 million of a SEK 1.2 billion senior unsecured bond, maturing in May 2022, and for general corporate purposes.

The proceeds of the second bond will be used for general corporate purposes.

Settlement will occur on April 7 and April 8, respectively, and both bonds will be listed on Euronext Dublin.

Swedbank acted as bookrunner for the four-year floaters and Nordea and Danske Bank acted as joint bookrunners for the three-year floaters.

The residential property company is based in Sweden.
