NewMark Capital Funding 2014-2 calls several notes at par on Nov. 27

Chicago, Nov. 12 – NewMark Capital Funding 2014-2 CLO Ltd. as issuer and NewMark Capital Funding 2014-2 CLO LLC as co-issuer said that holders of a majority of the income notes have called for redemption all classes of secured notes by liquidation.

The redemption date has been set for Nov. 27, according to a notice.

The redemption price of each class will be par plus accrued interest as follows:

• $177,003,087.24 for the class A-1-R notes;

• $13,561,533.17 for the class A-2A-R notes;

• $2,033,653.44 for the class A-2B-R notes;

• $25,294,813.37 for the class A-F-R notes;

• $27,175,104 for the class B-R notes;

• $24,136,976 for the class B-F-R notes;

• $26,199,493.67 for the class C-R notes;

• $20,186,706.67 for the class D notes; and

• $20,277,873.33 for the class E notes.

The income notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.

The record date will be Nov. 12.
