Fitch gives Inalum notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB- rating to PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero)'s (Inalum) proposed dollar-denominated notes.

Proceeds will be used to redeem certain bonds, acquire shares in other mining companies and to refinance debt.

Fitch also affirmed the BBB- ratings on the company and its $4 billion of senior unsecured notes.

The outlook is stable.
