Treman Park CLO intends to redeem seven classes of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 23 – Treman Park CLO, Ltd./Treman Park CLO, LLC plans to redeem all of its secured notes in whole, according to a notice.

The class A-R, B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2, D and E notes will be redeemed using sale proceeds, refinancing proceeds and/or all other funds available for the redemption.

The subordinated notes and combination notes will remain outstanding following the redemption.

Treman Park said it will issue new class A-RR, B-1-RR, B-2-RR, C-1-RR, C-2-RR, D-RR and E-RR notes and enter into a second supplemental indenture in connection with the refinancing.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

New York-based GSO/Blackstone Debt Funds Management LLC is the collateral manager.
