New Issue: Mirae Asset Daewoo sells $600 million three-, five-year notes

Los Angeles, July 30 – Korea’s Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. issued $300 million of 2 1/8% senior notes due 2023 and $300 million of 2 5/8% senior notes due 2025 on Thursday, according to notices.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore Ltd., Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Societe Generale and Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Ltd. are the bookrunners for both series of notes.

Mirae is a brokerage and investment banking firm based in Seoul, South Korea.
