New Issue: India’s Prism Johnson prices Rs. 1.15 billion 10.7% debentures due 2022

Olympia, Wash., July 5 – Prism Johnson Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved on Friday an issue of Rs. 1.15 billion of 10.7% redeemable nonconvertible debentures due July 25, 2022.

The debentures, which will be allotted on July 26, are proposed to be listed on BSE Ltd.

Hyderabad, India-based Prism Johnson, formerly known as Prism Cement Ltd., is a building materials company with products that include cement, ready-mixed concrete, tiles, bath products and kitchens.
