Olympia, Wash., May 28 – India’s Prism Johnson Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved on Thursday an issue of Rs. 500 million of 10¼% redeemable nonconvertible debentures in two parts on a private placement basis.
The issue includes Rs. 350 million of series A debentures due June 25, 2021 and Rs. 150 million of series B debentures due Dec. 30, 2021.
The debentures, which will be allotted on or before June 30, are proposed to be listed on BSE Ltd.
Hyderabad, India-based Prism Johnson, formerly known as Prism Cement Ltd., is a building materials company with products that include cement, ready-mixed concrete, tiles, bath products and kitchens.
