AB Financial to partially redeem series 15, 35 autocalls on Feb. 25

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 15 – AB Financial Products DAC issued a notice of partial redemption for €700,000 of its €845,000 series 15 single underlying autocallable notes and its €1.1 million of its €1.14 million series 35 single underlying autocallable notes guaranteed by Andorra Banc Agrícol Reig, SA.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 25, according to a notice.

After the redemption, there will be €145,000 of the series 15 notes left outstanding and €40,000 of the series 35 notes left outstanding.

Andorra Banc, together with its subsidiaries, provides banking products and services in Andorra.
