Olympia, Wash., Sept. 19 – AB Financial Products DAC issued a notice of partial redemption for several series of notes guaranteed by Andorra Banc Agrícol Reig, SA.

The following will be redeemed:

• €5,000 of the series 15 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €30,000 of the series 33 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €6,000 of the series 88 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €50,000 of the series 95 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €33,000 of the series 100 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €100,000 of the series 127 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 24;

• €53,000 of the series 130 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €40,000 of the series 133 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €50,000 of the series 159 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €14,000 of the series 177 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €10,000 of the series 187 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €20,000 of the series 189 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €10,000 of the series 190 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;

• €60,000 of the series 215 worst of basket autocallable notes with memory coupon on Sept. 25;

• €25,000 of the series 217 single underlying autocallable notes on Sept. 25;
