BofA Finance plans to price notes on S&P 500 Daily Risk Control

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 21 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% notes due Jan. 26, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
BofA Securities, Inc. is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 22.
The Cusip number is 09709TXD8.
