Morgan Stanley plans market-linked notes on S&P 500 Daily Risk Control

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 25, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be $1,025 per $1,000 note plus any index gain, with no cap.
The minimum payout will be $1,025 per $1,000 note.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 22.
The Cusip number is 61768DYY5.
