Oman’s Octal pulls proposed $300 million offering of notes

New York, Oct. 5 – Octal Holding SAOC has decided to postpone its proposed $300 million offering of senior notes (expected rating: B+), according to market sources on Friday.

Oman-based Octal is a PET sheet and resin producer.
