MP CLO VII extends maturity date of subordinated notes to 2028

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 24 – MP CLO VII, Ltd./MP CLO VII, LLC announced an extension to their $45.53 million subordinated notes due April 18, 2027.

The maturity date has been extended to Oct. 18, 2028, according to a notice.
