Product Quest Manufacturing unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Sept. 25 – Product Quest Manufacturing, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday by U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator William P. Miller, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

The committee members are Dennis Horn of Consolidated Label Co. of Sanford, Fla.; Chris Bissinger of Essential Ingredients of Lawrenceville, Ga.; Victor Alvarez of Blue Sun International, based in Miami; Maria Zas of Cosphatech, LLC of Miami; Cathy Ayer Clark of Custom Ingredients, Inc. of Chester, S.C.; and Kevin Hudson of Remedy Intelligent Staffing of Irvin, Texas.

Holly Hill, Fla.-based Product Quest manufactures primarily over-the-counter drugs and cosmetics, as well as some prescription drugs and animal health products. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 7 under Chapter 11 case number 18-50946.
