Product Quest Manufacturing’s Chapter 7 trustee gives final report

Olympia, Wash., May 23 – Product Quest Manufacturing, LLC Chapter 7 trustee C. Edwin Allman III filed a final report of the company’s bankruptcy case on Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

Allman said he realized gross receipts of $12.32 million, with $3.66 million used for administrative expenses, $52,524 for bank service fees and $1.8 million for other payments to creditors.

The $6.81 million balance on hand will be distributed as follows: $343,450 to secured creditors, $460,410 for Chapter 7 administrative expenses, $5.9 million to priority creditors and $106,749 to general unsecured creditors.

Holly Hill, Fla.-based Product Quest manufactures primarily over-the-counter drugs and cosmetics, as well as some prescription drugs and animal health products. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 7, 2018 under Chapter 11 case number 18-50946.
