In addition, 27 holders, or 96.34% in number, of $15.03 million, or 99.8% in amount, of general unsecured claims voted to accept the plan, while one holder, or 3.57% in number, of $29,440, or 0.2% in amount, of those claims voted to reject it.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Oct. 2.
