Open Road Films records $1.02 million net loss for May, zero revenue

Pittsburgh, June 20 – Open Road Films, LLC reported a $1.02 million net loss for May on zero operating revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company had $57.74 million in cash and cash equivalents as of May 31.

Open Road is a Los Angeles-based film operation. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 6, 2018 under Chapter 11 case number 18-12012.
