Open Road Films five-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Sept. 17 – Open Road Films, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Christopher Goll of Bank Leumi USA of New York; the Walt Disney Co.; John Roussey of NBC Universal Media LLC of New York; Samuel Roserne, representing BBG Home Again LLC; and Susy Li of Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. of Los Angeles.

Open Road is a Los Angeles-based film operation. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 6 under Chapter 11 case number 18-12012.
